Rich was born and raised in Klamath Falls and moved back home in 2020 after many years working as a teacher and school administrator. He recently retired from the position of school superintendent for a small school district in NE Washington. He is ready to apply his skills of communication, creativity, problem solving and leadership to your real estate needs.

With a passion for service in the Klamath area, Rich is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Fisher Nicholson family, Rich carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. His roots run deep in Klamath Falls. A third generation native, his grandfather operated “Mac’s Bakery” on South Sixth for many years and his father worked for Southern Pacific Railroad.

When Rich isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time fishing, traveling and hanging out with his large extended family. He is the oldest of ten and most of his siblings live in the Klamath area. If you have ever had to be a guest at Skylakes Medical Center, you might have been taken care of by one of his family members (3 are nurses and 2 are imaging techs). Rich lives in Keno with his spoiled Idaho Shag, Aggie and his wife Cheryl who is a substitute teacher.
